Mass mailings can only be carried out by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, and craftsmen. Only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can open a Viber channel.
No. Mass mailings can only be sent to recipients who have given their consent to receive mailings from your company.
You can top up the balance in your SMS.BY personal account by clicking the 'Top up balance' button. You will need to select the account type, currency, and enter the required amount.
You can create a new list in your SMS.BY personal account: Contacts section → import contacts. Come up with a list name, select a file with numbers (in CSV, XLS, ODS, XLSX format) on your PC, and click the Save button. Numbers must be in international format: 375291234567 (without plus signs, hyphens, or spaces).
Each user has access to statistics with current statuses for each of the sent mailings. To view it, go to your SMS.BY personal account → Statistics → Reports.
